Meeting at Vermeer Midwest.  Speaker is Matt Butler, the lead authority on Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) for the Vermeer Dealer Group. He will speak to how lean manufacturing has affected Vermeer manufacturing processes and how it’s been driven down to the dealership level and the impact it has had for our dealerships productivity and the value it’s brought to our customers. He will also speak to how the audience can drive Kaizen into their own operations to increase their productivity and improve customer service.
